Oct 03, 2008 · I have a steel security door with two large panels and a middle smaller panel, which now has metal scrollwork. I need to install a mail slot in that middle section. Professionals either can't do it or want about $300 per door (I have 2). Is there a way someone with a little know-how can install a mail slot?
